One-on-One Life Coaching
Minimum of 3 sessions
These traditional sessions are designed around your personal goals and challenges. Together, you and Rashonda will explore mindset patterns, emotional regulation tools, and self-care strategies that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Each 45-minute session builds on the last, helping you strengthen self-awareness, emotional stability, and resilience in everyday life.
Ideal for:
5-Session Experience
Being in nature has been proven to lower stress levels, boost mood, and enhance overall well-being. You don’t need a large garden — any space can become a sanctuary, whether it’s a backyard, balcony, porch, or even a small stoop.
This five-session journey blends mindful gardening with life coaching to nurture both your plants and your inner world.
Benefits include:
Before your first session, please gather these supplies:
Chamomile, mint, oregano, rosemary, lavender, one 5-gallon grow bag, and a bag of soil.
